At GumX, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once products have been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • A defective product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be approved if:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product is defective upon arrival

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste or flavor preference
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
